Rachel is a Professional Support Consultant in the IP group at Herbert Smith Freehills. Her role involves her in technical advice to clients and client teams, internal and client training and publications. Rachel is currently involved in leading Herbert Smith Freehills thought leadership campaigns on issues facing the consumer sector on open innovation and collaboration, data assets, as well as the IP aspects of Herbert Smith Freehills’s Brexit provision. She is regularly published in legal journals including PLC Magazine.
Rachel has a medical sciences degree as well as a law degree and a diploma in IP law and practice. Prior to taking up a professional support role, Rachel was an associate in Herbert Smith Freehills IP practice where she worked on a range of litigious, commercial and corporate matters.
